Where we ship from
Every order is packed by hand and sent from Huntly, Victoria. We ship within Australia and worldwide.
When it leaves
Orders are usually despatched within one to two business days. A tracking link is emailed as soon as your parcel is on its way.
How it arrives
Each scarf goes into its own cellophane bag, then is wrapped in Baroque tissue and sealed with the Baroque sticker. Gift wrapping is complimentary on every order.

Delivery times
Parcels travel with Australia Post, and their delivery times apply once a parcel leaves us. Overseas delivery can take longer around public holidays and customs checks.
Customs, duties and taxes
Overseas orders may attract customs duty or import tax in the country of delivery. These are set by the destination country and are the buyer's to pay on arrival.
Address details
Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange sending it again, and postage for the second send is the buyer's to cover.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable time, or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@originalbaroque.co or through our Contact page with your order number and we will take it up with Australia Post and make it right.
Digital gift cards
Gift cards are sent by email and carry no shipping charge.
